Mark Chrzanowski

Mark Chrzanowski, RAM, COSM first started in affordable housing in 1987 as a maintenance technician before joining the Gene B. Glick Company Inc. in 1991 as a Maintenance Supervisor for a 200-unit Elderly property located in Lexington, KY. His next step was as an Associate Property Manager, travelling to properties in need of help or troubleshooting before becoming Property Manager of a second property in Lexington.

Since 2002, Mark has been a part of the Glick Compliance Team in Indianapolis, currently as the Senior Compliance Support Administrator and Compliance Subject Matter Expert. Mark has developed and led Section 8 compliance training for apartment associations, contract administrators, and housing organizations.
